How to solve invalid account message in Metatrader 4 Platform
Invalid Account or No connection message is sometimes caused by this possible reasons:
- The login you entered is not correct.
- The password you entered is not correct.
- You didn’t select the correct server.
To solve the issue you can try to log in again to your trading account.
Try to find your email you received when creating your account for this information. The best way is to copy and paste your password directly from the email to avoid any mistakes, don´t forget to check if the server you are choosing is the same that appears in your email. If you continue with the issue you can ask your broker to help you changing your MetaTrader account password.
If you are certain you are entering the proper information and are still unable to log in, please check your internet connection and disable your windows firewall and antivirus.
